Post-Show Update

Had a great time playing Sapolil's Songwriter Showcase on April 11th! Thanks to Rick at Sapolil for taking a few pictures....
Hoping to play this great venue again in the coming months!

In the meantime, I'll be recording a new song tentatively titled "Cut and Run"... Which will also include some sweet bass-playing from Tony Collver, (of Portland band The Evergreen Way, and Hutson). Once I've got a working demo version of it, I'll be posting it up on here... So stay tuned!

New Show at Sapolil - Wednesday, April 11th - 8pm

Well, it looks like I'll be doing my first show in the Walla Walla area this coming Wednesday night, April 11th at 8pm!
I'll be doing a small 30-minute set, as part of Sapolil's Songwriter Showcase. The other good news is there's no cover, and this place has a pretty superb menu, (for food and drinks).
I'm pretty stoked about it - and planning to have a couple of newer songs intermixed with some of the old Hutson songs from years past - So, if you're cruising down Main Street this Wednesday night, drop on by to catch the music!
Hope to see you there - Cheers!

New Website - New Life... (sort of)

Well, it's been about a year and half after the demise of my old rock band Hutson, back in  Portland. But at long last I've gotten this website/blog up and running - in between the birth of my 4th child, full-time grad school, work, and all matter of other 'life circumstances'.  But the journey's been good so far - and there's a lot more music to come.
Late this summer, (or into the fall of 2018), I'll be releasing a 5 or 6 song, self-produced EP called "Lofivalleydust"... Also, I'll be working to play a few solo acoustic gigs in the Walla Walla area in the coming year and beyond. So, I'm basically starting out from scratch, but it's been oddly freeing... But I'm glad I'm here - and I glad you are too.
In the meantime, explore some of the links listed in the upper right corner there, and check out old Hutson stuff from the past, other connected blogs, and definitely take a listen to the 'Songs...' page - where you'll get a chance to hear some of the work in progress for the upcoming EP. And as always - take it easy!
